Terms & Conditions (AGB)

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions (AGB) apply to all services provided by the studio and to all appointments made between the studio and the client.

By booking an appointment, these Terms and Conditions are considered accepted.

2. Appointments

All appointments are reserved individually for the client and are binding.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. In case of lateness, the treatment time may be shortened for organisational reasons.

In case of minor delays, the studio reserves the right to adjust the treatment or carry out a simpler variant of the booked service (e.g. natural instead of French, babyboomer or colour) in order to keep the rest of the day's schedule on track. The originally booked amount remains fully payable regardless.

In case of a delay of 15 minutes or more, the studio reserves the right to automatically cancel the appointment. In this case, the booked treatment will be charged in full (100%).

3. Cancellations and No-Shows

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, as well as for no-shows, the full amount (100%) of the booked treatment will be charged — regardless of the reason for the cancellation.

This applies in particular to:

• Illness
• Short-notice emergencies
• Personal or professional obligations
• Traffic issues or delays

Since the appointment is reserved exclusively for you, short-notice changes result in a corresponding loss of income for the studio.

4. Booking Multiple Services

If multiple services or add-ons are booked, the entire reserved time is considered binding.

If the client subsequently decides not to make use of individual booked services, the originally agreed total amount remains fully payable.

5. Changes During the Treatment

For time-intensive or special nail designs and treatments (e.g. French, babyboomer, colour or other designs), the reserved time is scheduled according to the booked service.

If the client decides during the appointment on a simpler variant (e.g. natural instead of French or babyboomer), the originally booked treatment will still be charged in full.

6. Payment Methods

TWINT payments are accepted until the middle of each month.

From the middle of the month onward, payment is accepted exclusively:

• in cash, or
• by card

Card payments may incur additional fees.

The invoice amount is due immediately after the treatment.

7. Warranty and Liability

Complaints must be reported within 48 hours of the treatment.

A warranty is granted exclusively for work carried out by the studio. Damage caused by improper handling, external influences, or work carried out by third parties is excluded from liability.

The studio accepts no liability for allergic reactions or intolerances if the client has not disclosed known allergies or health conditions beforehand.

8. Data Protection

Personal data is treated confidentially and used exclusively for appointment management and client care.

Data is not shared with third parties.

9. Final Provisions

Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

These Terms and Conditions are governed exclusively by Swiss law.

The place of jurisdiction is the registered location of the studio.
