BIAB & Gel Nails in Emmenbrücke, Luzern
Well-groomed, natural nails with precise cuticle care – strong, glossy and beautiful for a long time.
What Is BIAB?
BIAB stands for “Builder in a Bottle”, a builder gel that is softer and more flexible than classic gel. It strengthens your natural nails, looks very natural and is ideal for short to medium nails.
Gel is thicker and harder. It is suited to longer nails or nails that need more stability, and gives a glossy, long-lasting result.
BIAB or Gel: Which One Suits You?
- BIAB: You want natural, short to medium nails and want to strengthen your own nails.
- Gel: You want a little more length, or your nails break easily.
- Gel extensions: You want a new set up to medium length.

Questions About BIAB & Gel
What is the difference between BIAB and gel?
BIAB is softer and more flexible, looks very natural and strengthens short to medium natural nails. Gel is harder and thicker and is better suited to longer nails or nails that need more stability.
How often do I need a refill?
I recommend every 3 weeks. That keeps the nails strong and the shape always looks neat.
Does BIAB damage my natural nails?
Not when it is applied and removed correctly. The important thing is never to peel or bite off BIAB or gel, but to have it gently removed in the studio.
I have nails from another studio. What should I book?
In addition to your treatment, book “Removal of Another Studio’s Work” (15 CHF). That way there is enough time planned to remove the old nails cleanly.
