This website does not use cookies for statistics, advertising or tracking. So that the message next to the WhatsApp button doesn't reappear after you close it, this setting is stored only in your browser (session storage) and deleted automatically when you close the tab. No data is sent to me or to third parties.
Hosting
This website is hosted by Netlify (Netlify, Inc., USA). When you visit, technical access data (e.g. IP address, date and time, page visited, browser) is processed in server log files to provide the website securely and reliably. Data may be transferred to the USA.
The fonts are stored directly on this website. Visiting the pages does not connect to Google or any other third party.
Services That Only Load After You Click
- Google Maps (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC, USA) — the location map on the "Contact" page only loads when you click "Load Map". Your IP address, among other data, is then sent to Google.
- MailerLite (MailerLite Limited, Ireland) — the waitlist sign-up form on the "For Professionals" page only loads when you click "Show Sign-up Form" (see below).
External Links
- Salonkee — external booking platform. When you click "Book Now", you go to Salonkee, where their privacy policy applies.
- WhatsApp (WhatsApp Ireland Limited / Meta) — clicking the WhatsApp button opens WhatsApp; WhatsApp's privacy policy applies.
- Instagram (Meta) — links to my profile @eldina.ch open Instagram.
Online Course "The Reel METHOD": Waitlist and Email List
On the "For Professionals" page or the landing page for the online course "The Reel METHOD" you can sign up to my email list with your email address. By signing up, you subscribe to my email list. You will receive updates about the course and occasional emails about my other courses and content.
The legal basis is your consent. Your data is stored until you unsubscribe. You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in every email or by writing to eldina.rosic@gmail.com.
To manage the list and send the emails, I use MailerLite (MailerLite Limited, Ireland). According to the provider, its data centre is located in the EU. When emails are sent, statistics about email opens and link clicks may also be collected.
Signing Up via Instagram (ManyChat)
If you respond on Instagram to my message or campaign about the online course, the conversation is automated through ManyChat (Manychat, Inc., USA). This processes your Instagram name, the content of the messages and, if you provide it, your email address. Data may be transferred to the USA in the process. The legal basis is your consent or your request.
Survey (Google Forms)
To plan the online course, you can take part in a voluntary survey. I use Google Forms for this (Google Ireland Limited or Google LLC, USA). Your answers and, if you provide it, your email address are processed by Google.
Link-in-Bio Page (Linktree)
In my Instagram profile I link to an overview page on Linktree (Linktree Pty Ltd, Australia) with links to appointment booking, this website and the online course. When you open that page, Linktree may process technical data and statistics. Linktree's own privacy terms apply.
Your Rights
You have the right to access the data stored about you and to request correction, deletion and restriction of processing. You can withdraw any consent you have given at any time with effect for the future. To do so, write to eldina.rosic@gmail.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) in Switzerland.
